Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Lost or damaged packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
